    How to get out stains in carpet

    I had the same problem and a co-worker recommended the following (it works like a charm)...you'll need a bucket filled with warm water, a scrub brush, that yellow bar of Sunlight soap and elbow grease. Simple yet effective.

    STS Workout Cards

    Please update Workout Card for Disc 13. When I previewed Disc 13 I noticed that the card lists the Flat Bench Tricep Extensions using dumbbells (exercise # 717) but the exercise is done with a barbell (exercise # 716). Please and thank you.
