Keeping in mind that everyone is individual and a lot of what I've read from professional trainers has proven NOT to be true for me... Most trainers whose lit I've read (Waterbury, Ferrugia, Romaniello, etc...) say nobody should be doing splits until they already have a solid base from full body...
