From what I understand, all Bikram classes are exactly the same -- you can go anywhere and have the same class. And this is what makes it different than a generic "hot yoga" class. Not that there is anything better or worse than either one, just that that's what differentiates them.

Thin Mints are the best, and very hard to resist. Give me just about anything with mint and chocolate in it and I'm happy!
