    12 Week Challenge Check-Monday 7/3

    Sunny D - I have the Plyometrics DVD from P90X - it is a good interval workout on the floor, I would say moderate to medium intensity! Ooops - jsut got started and hear DH pick up in the drive way -- off to warm up supper!
