Aqua girl…. that’s a long time rowing. Good for you! I started cycling 15 years ago. Loved going to classes at the gym. So much energy! When Covid happened, my husband bought me the indoor bike for my birthday. I didn’t think I would enjoy it. Much to my surprise, I love the Peloton rides. You...
Nikisteen… that’s beyond frustrating about the refrigerator. I can’t even imagine.
Calico… a mountain vacation sounds lovely right now. It’s supposed to be close to 100° today. Dreading lawn max.
Aqua girl…curious how long you have been rowing? Such a great low impact total body workout. I...
Calico...enjoy your vacation! Where are you headed?
Czechfan...I'm sure you'll love the more storage space. I work out in my basement. Quite lucky because it's a large area with all my equipment.
CeceFifi...I loved those 2023 stand alone workouts! It's been quite some time since I pulled them...
CDorner’s Saturday Step. 90s music. These are my happy workouts. She never disappoints with her 60 minute classes. Finished with a 5 minute Peloton core then a full body stretch.
Great way to start the weekend ladies! Stay cool! We’re expecting temps near 100 for the first time.
CeceFifi...I thought yesterday's live was challenging too. And I lifted the same as Cathe. A few of those cardio intervals had me hoping they would be over soon.
HIIT usually means working at near maximal effort 80-95% for short work intervals with brief rest periods. CDorner often labels...
Wow Caloco! That’s quite the variety of classes. Covid changed so many things. I never returned to the gym afterwards. I do miss the social element. I wish there was a local step class, but we have nothing. I would pay per class if it was offered. So much fun to do together as a group!
I would love this too, especially for core, Pilates, barre, mobility and stretching. LMR had some of these elements, but the routines were way too long. And the timesavers were not as good as in the past. Still 30 minutes plus for most premixes.
Dan the HIIT man is quite a creative logo. Is it true HIIT workouts? Just curious. I know some use that title when there’s a timer involved.
Started the morning with CDorner’s recent Cher step routine. It was on the easier side but I loved the music so lots of fun for me. Good warm-up for...
I’m always amazed at how many workouts are available to us these days. I don’t have a clue with some of the instructors you ladies mention.
I stick to mostly Cathe, Peloton and CDorner Fitness. Also Kat Gates Buettner when she releases a new step routine.
Cathe Live: Cardio, Barre & Core Meltdown (#190).
The first section was based on the Rock’m Sock’m Blizzard Blast. Followed by standing barre-Which always has a dread factor for me, but I know how important it is to work those smaller muscles. Finished with a unique core section using the...
I thought the newest core workouts from STS 2.0 were a little bit less intense than her usual routines (4 in total). The reps were reasonable. A few difficult moves with the mini ball but other than that, nothing too crazy. No dread factor for me.
Calico… I do miss my gym membership and being able to use the machines on occasion. What a great workout you did! Do you use paper workouts? I need an instructor telling me exactly what to do. Otherwise I definitely would cheat. That’s why CrossFit would never work for me. I like everyone to be...
Yes, I am in Northeast Pennsylvania.
I did the cycle circuit workout. It’s the only one I’ve ever done. Forgot to mention that. I did enjoy the on/off the bike.
aqua girl...what type of bike do you have? I have never done any of Cathe's cycling workouts. I just love Peloton's music so I stick with their classes.
I did a double today which is rare. We are nonstop raining in the northeast. 15 weekends in a row with precipitation so I wanted to get in...
