    Good morning! This morning was a two mile walk (High Calorie Burn) from Leslie Sansone. I have a few DVDs of hers, and this one has the one mile, two mile, and three mile walks on it. I don't like to walk outdoors on cement so these are perfect for my walking days. :) @Mad-Dog88 that's cool...

    Thanks for the welcome! I LOVE The Tortoise and the Hare!! I have them on VHS because I missed getting them on DVD when they were available, but I found them on eBay brand new on VHS, with the cloud boxes! :)

I'm still not back to doing much cardio except for walking workouts, but my strength training has really improved...
