Once you feel better--ease into some beginning Pilates--Moira Stott's Beginner's Tape is a good one--also, continue your ab work (traditional and planks--as you can) and get into some yoga, too. These are all "back fixes." murph

I still like them--but they are pretty straight-forward in terms of choreography in comparison to Rythmic Step or CTX Vol 1 or even Step Works. But, I do still like them from time to time. Murph

well, girlfriend--I definitely agree that you tape this toe and do some spinning and low impact. If you've broken it--the doctors will only tape it. If you've bruised it--the tape will ease the pressure and you will know by how it feels how short a time you can get away...

1. as a healthy rule--Cathe is all I would do, besides a few other kickbox and some Mindy Mylrea
2. You should keep Pilates and Yoga in your life somehow: Precision Toning; whatever yoga turns you on
3. BUT--you should keep some Emergency...
