    Thanks, Ladies for the reviews and helpful information on Turbo Jam. Cathe is always my favorite buy I like to do a variety of workouts. I have a few of the Turbo Jam workouts but haven't done them in ages. Might give them a try again.

    Kudos to all for your workouts today, and to Siobhan for listening to her body. We had a daylong meeting today with other colleagues from around North America followed by a dinner. I got home late and did not feel like pulling out my laptop.
