    Yes, I think they go up each week. In Mesocycle 1 you go from 60% to 70% of the 1RM, in Mesocycle 2 from 70% to 80% and in Mesocycle 3 from 80% to 90%; you also go down in reps in each Mesocycle.

    Rotation in WM ?

    If you print out a new workout card for the day that exercise is performed the new value for the 1RM will show up on it. Your rotation lists the workouts you will be performing on what days and changes in the 1RM shouldn't affect that.

    You could use Cathe's weighted gloves to add one pound to each hand. I have one and two pound wrap around wrist weights with a thumb hole that lets me get to most of the intermediate weights and don't interfere with holding the dumbbell.
