    STS Guide

    I agree with Kathryn. If you have easy access to the website, then you probably do not need the Guide. The Guide lists each of the exercises for each disk. Its a nice reference to have, but to be honest, I haven't used it much at all.

    An hour is amazing. With some retesting when I went over 12-13 reps and breaks between sets, I did all the 1RM testing in three 1 1/2 hour sessions, so 4 1/2 hours total.

    I did Legs yesterday also and I couldn't finish them either (head bowed in shame). So many of the exercises were different than I'm used to and require a good deal of balance/stabilization.... just beat me up <g>. I'm sure I got a good workout even though I didnt' quite make it all the way...
