Rehab consists of exercises to work the quad and work on the knee cap. Its a lot of work and all the bike stuff is now limited. If your knees still hurt, don't push it with the step. If it were me I would limit the step to only 1 day per week with sore knees. Come to find out the next surgery...

If you are wanting to get out if it were me, I would rent the car. Dallas is a great place, but like most things in TX very large. Not difficult to drive in at all and lots of great, cool stuff to see. Does that help any?

It works quite well and it smells nice. There is a trick, section off your hair and then sprinkle a little at a time on the sections. It will add some volume to your hair as well. It only works for blondes, with dark hair it looks like you have gray hair.

One last thing...While completing my paper it became aware to me many people forgot about Alabama and Mississippi. Many people in those states suffered major losses including lives. People tend to only think about LA, due to the news coverage. I wish more media coverage was given to those states.
