I just did the long KPC/LG premix tonight. KPC is my favorite kickboxing DVD and in my top 3 Cathe workouts! Love it!

Body Blast (I could do Step Blast and KPC every day!) followed very closely with Intensity and the "no name" series. The Hardcore series isn't far behind as I love me some Gym Styles and Low Max! They are all very good - this is a tough question!!

I just got these a few weeks ago. They do work on my strawberries, carrots, snap beans and asparagus but not so much with brocolli, peppers or bananas. I noticed that I have to get the produce completely dry - any moisture and forget about it. I'll have to try the damp paper towel/zip lock trick.

I rarely use this DVD unless one of her rotations call for it. I could take or leave the kickbox in the first half as it's kind of a space hog and seems more hi/lo than kickbox. However I LOVE the drills at the end of the workout! I don't think the cost of the DVD is worth just those 10 mintues...

Thanks Jess. I'm kind of so-so on Tony's comedy. I know a lot of people can't get past it. I'm not that bad but the last few weeks of the X rotation I think I was about to kill him! LOL! Right now I'm really enjoying using Tony and Cathe together...they really compliment each other well and the...
