My eyes did not get irritated by the product at all & I wear contacts. I guess it depends on the individual.

I have done it twice & I really love it. The new product without the formalhadyle (spelling) takes twice as long & my hairdresser won't use it. It lasted on my hair almost 1 year which is really great. It leaves your hair feeling so soft & shiney but no frizz which is great Karen

high step I see no reason to buy a high step if you already have a regular step bench. I do everything on my step bench, the high step is just a small version of the regular step. Save your money & buy more DVDs instead
