Maybe this is covered somewhere else. What if, on a one arm exercise, such as one armed rows, you get different rep amounts depending upon the side? Do you enter the lower or higher number into the calculator?

Completely agree with everything said above. Up at 4:30 M-F and in bed at 9. I figure those days aren't mine anyway (work), so should start them off right. I feel sluggish and antsy (plus guilty!) if I don't do it. It would NEVER happen after work. On the weekend I do it later in the day...
