    I agree. I don't have a lot of peach fuzz, but I do use an epilator around the mouth area. It stings, but not a lot. The "no no", in my opinion, is well ... a no-no (sorry, couldn't help myself). :p

    What can you do that you couldn't do 2 years ago?

    I can do 16 push-ups on my toes! I can do the whole 30/30 without pausing! I can do double-leg pikes on the stability ball!! I can imagine eating clean and possibly becoming a pescetarian. I'm with you Linda -- looking at Cathe's incredible physique keeps me humble.

    Lately, I've really been into Nike Bowerman Series running shoes. They don't get too hot, they're a little lighter in weight, and not too wide -- it helps me to not trip on my step! :p

    Hi Cathe! I'm going to do HiiT 30/30 today, and I will TRY to keep up with you on the squat-thrust-jumps this time! After that, it will be time for laundry. Not sure yet how to do it to the fullest . . . any suggestions? ;)
