I have Yogini, and it's one of my favorite non-Cathe workouts. It starts out seeming to be easy, but builds up into being a very effective workout. You get a stretch at the same time you're toning up. It really chills me out too.
I cannot imagine a way for you to record from your computer to your VCR.
However, it really sounds like you do have a CD burner there, and if you load a blank disk the computer will probably prompt you with options, etc.
As for how to get the video onto your computer, not sure, but have...
I can really only address your first question.
An epilator is a small tool with a revolving mechanism that grabs onto the hair follicle and pulls it out. Perhaps you can think of it as an automatic tweezer -- faster and more convenient than plucking each hair out by hand. They're not very...
I agree. I don't have a lot of peach fuzz, but I do use an epilator around the mouth area. It stings, but not a lot.
The "no no", in my opinion, is well ... a no-no (sorry, couldn't help myself). :p
I used to be that way too -- much less now. For me, I believe I learned it from my mother. Occasionally, I'll be asked how my mother is (she's 81 - I'm 48), and I jokingly reply that she'll live for another 20 years because she's got too much worrying left to do!
For me, it helped to think of...
Denise,
When you try it, give it some time to work. For some people (like me), it really can take a year before you see results, but it's worth it in the end.
It's on sale at Amazon too. I just ordered it -- I'm excited because I've been considering this change for a while now. I've already been making small changes, but I'm sure this book will help me a lot. Can't wait!
I can do 16 push-ups on my toes! I can do the whole 30/30 without pausing! I can do double-leg pikes on the stability ball!!
I can imagine eating clean and possibly becoming a pescetarian.
I'm with you Linda -- looking at Cathe's incredible physique keeps me humble.
Lately, I've really been into Nike Bowerman Series running shoes. They don't get too hot, they're a little lighter in weight, and not too wide -- it helps me to not trip on my step! :p
Okay, I just finished 30/30 with 12 squat-thrust-jumps to your 13, and I'm thrilled! Your challenge of doing things to their fullest really helped me through -- thank you!!
Hi Cathe! I'm going to do HiiT 30/30 today, and I will TRY to keep up with you on the squat-thrust-jumps this time!
After that, it will be time for laundry. Not sure yet how to do it to the fullest . . . any suggestions? ;)
