    How do you stop your child from picking at scabs?

    Maybe a reward system to not pick at it after it heals? Sounds like its more of a habit like biting your nails.

    Hardcore Deal of the Day

    I really like the series. Honestly, Low Max is one of my favorite of Cathes - its just so darn fun. I've also used Stretch Max and Core Max some as well. People rave about Muscle Max but I haven't tried it yet. I think it's a better deal to get the bundle if you do want the 3 Gym Styles DVDs.

    I'm in the market to lose some weight. ;) Anyone want to share their favorite rotation....best bang for my buck? I've been doing Cathe since Oct but haven't followed a rotation. I'm leaning towards a more recent one that combines XTrain with CF and TTM. Thoughts? Thanks! TmJ

    2013 continues to be a rough year. My company had lay offs on Monday - 60 people let go (out of a total 180). My job is fine. It's been really hard - I've lost a lot of friends. I haven't forgotten you guys I just need to get my head on straight. I will be back!
