I would hold off on Sculpt. High/Tight you can do with upper body. Bum Bum to me was more of a carido workout, so again, you can combine with upper body. I wouldn't try and do it with leg work though.
I never hardly watch a dvd before, wellll the first time I picked up heavy weights for squats, then he went into the compound move....I knew I was in trouble. You are right, can't lift any heavier than 8 or 10lbs for this workout for most exercises. I do use 20lbs for lat rows, though.

Right now I have to be content with my sunroof in the mommy mobile station wagon. But heh a girl can dream!
M-you are right about working out, I get cranky if I don't. Working out for me ranks right up there with naps, and reading. Forget the housework! LOL

Not alone with menapause. Just can't afford menapause, Big Mama wants a Volvo Convertiable, blue hard top thank you very much!
Seriously, hugs and a therapist would be a great person to talk to. I find that working out keeps me in perspective. Also try taking BVitamins, which helps me...
The only jeans that fit are size 18 boys from Old Navy loose, straight leg. Even though they are a little loose in the waist. These jeans fit my quads and length is great too. Plus they are cheaper. Wish I had bought a 2nd pair. Also my high school Levis fit.......

Dave brought me a weight rack but it was too large. So I have my weights in front of the TV. I would love to have a smaller rack with wheels so I can roll them around and store them.
I am doing the "Flat Butt" rotation, 4th day...I had to modify especially the burpees. I was surprised that my bum bum has boomed boomed! Basically I am doin' it to get rid of cellulite. The band workout in High and Tight got me but not the weighted section.

Thanks for the update, I haven't seem much of either DH or RH lately, too caught up in College Football. But I am thinkin' perhaps why Tamara was slamming Gretchen so much, Tamara felt guilty about her affair....just a little itsy bitsy thought.
Other than what else is goin' with either...
I saw that ad and about cracked up....I thougth the Subway ads were a major sham as well. What was really shameful they noted the fat grams....but not all the salt, etc that goes into their food. I very seldom eat fast food and get the smallest portion.
Fast food parading as 'healthy...
