I don't know why, but goldfish are a huge trigger food for me to have an eating bender. I can't keep them in the house. In fact, all kinds of crackers are really bad for me to have around. Cookies, cakes, breads etc are bad too!

That's funny because our dog that we had to put down at Christmas was named Lucy and they did go well together but you can see why I wouldn't want to name her that :(. Two more sleeps!

I always worked out barefoot except for long step videos. I did Cathe's bootcamp (4DS) and jammed my big toe into the step, spraining it on the bench hops. I love working out barefoot but am much more careful which videos I do it in lol.

Oh my, if I watched it all the way through, I don't think I would watch either. I fast forward through so much of it. Don't watch commercials, HATE them. Complete waste of time.

He's promised Bob to weigh in at the finale at the end of this season (saw it on BL where are they now?) and Shay is coming back for the finale for the Subway challenge. Should be a really good finale.
