thanks for responding. what would you get if you wanted a long, basic step workout and a separate strength workout.
I have lots of stamina, it's just that I think I need to get back to my previous comfort level of following step.
I used Cathe's step tapes a long time ago, but when I watch her on fit tv I have trouble following.
Can you recommend a title or two for the step DVD to sort of relearn stepping? Also a basic strength dvd?
