This one was perfect for me. I loved the variety and pacing. I think this is intermediate, but you could make it more advanced with heavier weights. I will definitely do this one many times.
I think this one was too advanced for me. I felt breathless and frenetic in the first part and ended up too tired to do some of the later exercises without complete substitutions/modifications.
I will try all of these. I substituted a very long plank this morning for the supermans at the end of Live Burn Sets Back, Chest, and Shoulders.

I loved this one until the end when we had to do Supermans. Are there any substitutes for these, because I truly hate them? I just feel like they knock the breath out of me and don't do anything for my back at all.
I really loved this one. I did the whole thing--7 rounds and ends with sit-ups and pushups, but I could imagine doing a shorter version of 3 or 4 rounds (it's 54 minutes) and fast-forwarding to the stretch. I would say high intermediate on this one.
I did this one yesterday, and it was very good, except that I have a very sore neck. Anyone else with this issue? I think it might be from stretching the band wide behind the neck and shoulders and some of the diagonal moves over the shoulder that you follow with your eyes.
I enjoyed this one quite a bit. I would say intermediate, especially since you only use the green bands. The pacing is also great--time for water and changing bands.
I tried this one today and I think the Abs workout is one of Cathe's toughest. My abs still hurt. So, if you are looking for a great abs workout, try this one. The Jabs part of the workout builds from fairly easy to a sweat-fest by the end.
I did this one this morning and all I can say is Wow! This is PHA on steroids. I like that there are no repeated exercises--and when you do 24 reps of the Arnold press while stepping side to side you really don't want to repeat them.
I did this one today and it was just right. Not too hard and not too easy. Between getting my second vaccine shot and daylight savings I wasn't sure how far I would get with ANY workout today, but this one was a solid intermediate for me and I finished it easily.
I did this one today and liked it, but I had to modify some of the hiits--too much impact for me and some I just cannot do--e.g., spiderman leg jumps. I just did some familiar low impact hiits. I also recommend you add one 20 lb. dumbbell and one 25 lb. dumbbell if you can't hold two 10s or two...
I did this one on Friday, and was amazed at how sore my arms were yesterday. Cathe has several new variations on moves in this one. She is always changing things up for me. Loved it.
I did this one today and it's a super calorie burn. I had to modify with lower weights and less impact, but it was still challenging and definitely a metabolism booster. I will save this one for a day when I feel like I need to burn some extra calories.
