    well cardio blahs continue.. did sts 33 shoulder and arms instead... i probobly won't be able to move tomorrow combined with the p90x:eek: Wendy what weight do you use for that one? i did 20's and 15s for most... but boy it gets gard come the 4th set!

    Rock climbers and they are in the sts plyo legs...cant remember which one of the plyos but definately in one of the plyos. you are still on the ground but instead just bringing your leg in you have to bring your knee to your elbow...total oblique goodness. Fun but a little tough..

    well i like a porker... went to a restaurant for my parents 43 wedding anniversary.. had a thin crust cheese pizza (not so terribly bad) but it was the deep fried calamari that killed me! at least i refrained from desert and bread (ok they didn't even give bread so that wasn't so impressive:p)
