    Just saw this. I don't have a definitive answer, but I would imagine it depends on how much you need to improve your personal flexibility, and how much the workout is helping you do that.     @Lannette I don't mind the placeholders. :) Today I did do most of Yoga Max Express #2. And I feel very good and steady right now! Fingers crossed. We also finally have snow!!! Only an inch or so here, but it makes everything so pretty. :)

    Good morning! Yoga is planned today. Yesterday I ended up not working out because I saw my primary care doc for the off and on dizziness issues I've been having for a month now. I've been referred to a vestibular specialist, and hope to see him Friday. Right now, though, I feel much better. :)...
