I'm 52 and a no impact girl due to knee issues. Can't ride a bike, hike (going down hill is a killer on the knees), use weights for squats, lunges, etc. I'm happy I can do what I can do. I modify a lot!! :D

I haven't had to go up a half size in any shoes I've gotten. I don't know about Nike. It's so hard to order on line - I need to try everything on in both clothes and shoes. I feel I was pretty lucky with these shoes getting them on line.

they run true to size for me -I'm an 8 - got two pair from two different places and two different colors :D. I have a hard time finding shoes with knee comfort so when I received my first pair and loved them, I got a second pair.
