    4 Day Split (Cardio lenght)

    I'm also a cardio hound, but 4DS is great when you want to mix strength and cardio on the same day. She packs a lot in those 30 minutes. Even with the set up in Bootcamp, I found I still got a great workout.

    GS Legs!

    Well, this answered the question I was about to post LOL! I was wondering since I had Legs and Glutes did I need Gym Style Legs. I would guess a unanimous yes? If so, what would I pair with Legs and Glutes for upper body if I were doing a rotation?
