    Something about Kathy Smith annoyed me-she would scream and cheer in the one I had!!I only watched previews for Cathe’s step workouts and got dizzy!!!I hate workouts where I finally learn the move they did and they’re already 4 moves ahead!!Thats why you’ll never see me at Zumba!!!

    I once broke my foot at same time that I had a herniated disc-I’m someone who hates to take test days and I just challenged myself to find ways to work-there’s a lot of amazing mat workouts and chair aerobics ones that I still use even without an injury

    The only way I could do a lot of jumping is on a mini trampoline since it takes away the impact on my feet-I do Michael Olajide Jr”s workouts and there’s a lot of jumping-I use a rope less jump rope since I’d trip over an actual jump rope
