    I know I could do 80 crunches in 2 min but not 80 situps.I could maybe do 60 pushups in 2 min.-chinups I haven't done in awhile the most I ever did was 6 at one time-running I dream of running that fast.

    ME Bicep Curls

    I counted 74 total biceps in me and 69 in ph.This may not be exact but I feel it is close.I always write the rep count down on preview-sometimes I get distracted so I could be off-because they aren't a even amount come to think of it I think ph is 72 I will have to count when I do it.

    I agree Diane Sue.Everyone always say they are easy-they are never easy to me.using the correct wt you will feel it.I do them as produced and the premixes(which are my favorite)can fry those muscles.The music is great also.This dvd and the hc gym styles and bc premixes are my most used workouts.

    I was having the same problem-anything over 45 min was turning into run to the bathroom with cramps.I read on coolrunnings to try imodium AD 1 hour before run .I tried pepto bismal instead (yuck) but it worked.

    From my understanding a tempo run is 87-92 % of your your hrate.I am also a beginner runner and am soaking up everything I can learn-so I read alot.My tempo run however is 75-85%-my easier run is 65-75%.I also do intervals and hills usually via cardio coach on the tmill.My speed sucks for tempo...
