    12 weeks of STS and then what.....

    This may sound silly, but after you complete the 12 weeks of STS, then what? Do you start over, move on to something else. I am very excited about the whole series!

    Strength training and cardio

    I have been an exerciser for the majority of the past 16 years. Only recently, with the help of Cathe's videos, have I become a strength training junkie. It is nice to see muscle definition! I have been doing 30-45 minutes of cardio 6 days/week and alternating upper/lower body strength training...
