    I caved!! Holy Moly Kettlebells!

    I caved and got 3 kb workouts. I got Gin Miller and iron core vol 1&2. I bought a 7lb bell as a recommendation I got off the Gin Miller DVD. Plus I'm kinda scared to go heavy but I do need to get heavier kb's. I too prefer cardio over weights so I am hoping these change that.

    I did this one for the first time the other day. I liked everything except combo 2. Probabley because I couldn't do the dang rolly polly move.:mad: But I loved everything else in the workout. Hopefully in time this little rolly polly can master the rolly polly move.:p

    HIIT!!!!

    I survived 40/20 I did 40/20 this morning. I used 1 riser and subbed some move on the floor. The only moved I didn't do was the running man. I found 20 seconds rest to be good. I also added on 1&2 from Gin Millers kettlebells workout.

    Top 3 Cathe workouts

    1. Imax 2(entirely) and Imax 3 step combos 2. 4DS Higher Intensity Step and the Kickbox 3. KPC but there are also so many others LIC just for the music if nothing else and Butts/Gutts for the firewalkers. There are just too many to chose from. :D

    What is the Ab work like on Tracey Staehle's Kickboxing Challenge?

    I did the 30 minute workout and some of the leg premix. I liked the workout, but I find segements with Josef to be off beat. But that may just be me. I have not seen any abs on this workout yet. I did the workout once so far and found it fun. StrizeZone I like but not as much as this one.
