Yesterday was a good day at the Gym, 2 miles on Treadmill, 5 miles on Bike and 30 min Abs.
Today 4.10.12, 60 min Sculpt Class then 30 - 45 min Cardio.
We are doing it ladies, and I can finally see some small results after 8 straigth months of working out. I am still...
