    Evening Ladies, Great work out this evening, I was able to do 3 miles in 45 min. Not bad, my speed on the Treadmill was between 3.8 - 5.0. I also completed my 30 min Abs class. Tomorrow is 60 min MRT and maybe another 3 miles on the Treadmill. Deanna
