    So for 12/4, no junk food, which means the obvious stuff...candy, potato chips, etc... This is ALWAYS a tough one for me because of all of the candy at my job !! Today I bought a pack of gum to help me through. I hope it helps !!

    11/30 Daily challenge - Water + Log

    ok, 32oz down, 32oz to go for lunch I had a mix of brown rice, lean turkey sausage, green beans, and teryaki sauce (YUMM !!!!). I also had a bag of pretzels (160 calories) I also had 4 more butterscotch hard candies...gotta watch it on those candies !

    Fish recipes

    My current fish recipe I do a lot is to buy fresh tilapia, season it with lemon pepper (I use a LOT), and cook it in a pan with some PAM and light butter. YUM !! I love it !
