Ok, so I used the Hair One (knock off Wen) on Akadia last night and WOW, what a difference in her hair! I'll never use baby shampoo on her again. Her hair was like silk afterwards and her curls were perfect. As soon as we have some $$, I'm going to order some actual Wen and see how it compares.

I would have to stay. I couldn't leave my baby if she was feeling bad. I'd be worried the whole time and I wouldn't enjoy myself anyways. And honestly, I wouldn't want to be off enjoying myself while my little girl is sick.

Nice to "see" you ladies! :) My little girl is getting big! She keeps me on my toes now that she is running around the house, climbing on chairs, dancing on tables, etc... Just keeping up with her is a workout and my arms have never been in better shape! lol

Akadia is still taking bottles. We haven't started the transition to regular milk yet only because she still isn't eating much solid food and I know she is getting what she needs in the formula. We already switched up to toddler formula a few months ago. She's just starting to come around...

This isn't a fix it, but my hair dresser said to always wet your hair down thoroughly before getting in a pool. Something about the hair absorbing the fresh water first and then it absorbs less of the chlorine water when you get in the pool. I don't know how scientific that is, but I always do...
