    Does anyone else belong to a gym too??

    I have a gym membership and I also have Cathe. I do the majority of my strength training at the gym and my cardio at home w/ Cathe. I've discovered that I need to lift heavy to feel and look my best, so I need the gym w/ access to the machines and spotters to make that happen. Lynn M.

    I'm getting over here a little late, but for the next time you work abs, I suggest the Boot Camp Ab workout only premix.. Love that one... its a ton of variety and fun, but pretty tough. PS.. I do agree PUB Abs is the toughest, but the Boot Camp one runs a decent second. Lynn M.

    Can too much clean eating make you pudgie?

    Yep, a calorie is still a calorie.. Portion control is everything. I have to be careful w/ nuts and dried fruit... If though they are considered fairly "clean", they are pretty calorically dense. I weigh out the portions of these, to minimize over eating on them. Lynn M.
