Urgent Question: How Long Do you cook....

... TWO, separate, 3 pound pork roasts, together.

Do you follow the parameters for 30 minutes per pound for 3 lbs or 6 lbs?

It's "urgent" because I have the aforementioned roasts IN the oven as I type, and want to know when I should take them out!

Hi Chris-

If they are NOT tied together... treat them as separate entities, not as a combined weight.
You might have to cook them a few minutes longer than if they were separate, but probably not much.
