Hi Rachel! Don't worry just do what you can. No one will judge you there are all fitness levels. You don't even have to do all the workouts if you don't want to. Just have fun!! With all the energy Cathe brings (and all the Road trippers) It's amazing how much more you will be able to do...

Jean Yikes! Thats scary! I have not had any dreams yet. But in past years I've had hotel dreams. They didn't have my reservation and all the rooms and hotels in the area were booked. Another time i forgot to pack all my workout clothes and shoes, that one was scary I woke up in a sweat :-) Tracy
