This is way better than I imagined because I definitely didn't want any more equipment and I have the tower. I, too, would just like the videos. If she needs enough requests in order to offer a video-only option, then I have cast my vote.
They seem rubbery as if the would rip strands of hair out trying to take them out. After using Wen, I cannot afford to lose any more hair! (Sorry, I threw a dig in there, but it was true, for me at least).
Ok.... Now where is the ab workout where you flip from pushups to situps really fast for like 3 rounds? I know I've done it and I have no idea which vidoe that is on
I have to know what my workout is going to be everyday (unless it's a rest day). That way I can get my equipment out, pop in the DVD, and be mentally ready to commit. There has been the (really) rare times when I couldn't make up my mind, so I didn't workout.
Thanks everyone! You'd think living in Las Vegas there'd be so much to do. But, I really don't want to blow hundreds of dollars on a fancy meal and a show. For our 20th, I bought these beautiful german toasting glasses that I had engraved. They are like this but a man and a woman, not these...
In May, my husband and I will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. My dilemma is, I want to do/buy something unique, different, memorable, etc. I am not a scrapbooker and I am not having a big party. Does anyone have any ideas?
I'm 48 and I'm finding some of the weight workouts are giving me a cardio workout, too. I'm really losing my cardio stamina and have wondered if I truly need it or not. I'm swaying towards not.
Wow! A lot of info. Thank you!!! I guess I will have to do more research to see what's available in my area. I am not interested in ripe/overripe produce - I just can't use it up that fast. I did hear that Blue Apron deliveries often included bad food, missed food, incomplete instructions...
I see so many food delivery companies and I wonder how popular they are. Has anyone tried any of them? Any recommendations? The good, the bad, the ugly?
I found Cathe on FitTv -10 years ago???? It was her fantastic physique and genuine-ness that hooked me. Maybe her awesome cueing, quality of workout videos, and, like others have said, her videos almost never become 'easy'.
Not only have I tried to smile as if I were a background person, but, I've tried to cue the moves as if I were Cathe! Even though I may have done a workout so many time and pretty much know the routine, I cannot, for the life of me, cue it.
I'll be 48 in three weeks. I agree with all of you 100%, but, then, that's why we're all here -- like minds. I could never imagine my mother doing a Cathe workout at 48. Shoot, I can't even imagine my sister doing one. I look at my STS worksheets I printed back in 2009 and I'm actually...
Also, our County and Cities have rec centers that you can join for $4 for a 1-day pass, $20 for a month (unlimited use), and like $120 for a year. I like to use the passes for when I'm in my running phases and it's 100 degrees in Las Vegas. Most have very nice facilities and many throughout...
Before I waste money on memberships, I always think about how many Workout videos I can buy with that money and how many times I can play it over and over - for free. I too love not having to pack stuff, drive to the gym, and then share the whole experience with others. I have even worked out...
