    AB HITS DVD OR TAMILEE I WANT THOSE ABS

    I do not have Tamilee's but have many ab videos including AB Hits. If I were to pick the best and most effective one, Cathe's Ab Hits reigns. This has the most effective workouts and enough variety to need little else.

    I also favor heavy weight work. I agree with Donna that there are not many heavy weight workouts available, but numerous endurance ones. I would love to see a heavy weight workout with the speed and number of reps somewhere between those of the PS and the S&H series. Bea

    Extra bands for the B&TR?

    RE: Extra bands for the B&TR? The customer service page of www.bodybyjake.com has an email address and an 800 phone #. I emailed them for info and was given another 800 # which was that of their distributor. I purchased extra 25 lb bands with no problems.

    Cathe, I think your 3 draft proposals sound great. I love the idea of another 'heavy weights' workout. Rhythmic Step is among my favorites so another video in that style would be great. I also feel that your idea of a video to introduce people to your type of step is a good one.

    Muscle Recovery Time if Over 50

    I prefer 60 minutes for this. For those who want a 45 minute workout, maybe a small window could be inserted in the corner of the screen showing the cooldown and stretches, something like Christi Taylor does in her Hi/Lo Heaven video. I suppose a lot of these types of problems will be solved...
