    Elliptical or Treadmill

    I dont have a ..... elliptical but I have a treadmill and I love it!!! Its a Smooth 9.6 and had it for 9 years now,no problems at all and run lots of miles on it. In the past I use to run 50-60 miles a week on it,now 30-40 miles.
