    Cardio party

    Just wanted to add that the more I use this series, the better it gets. I find cardio party so much fun. Started using some of the premixes. Great options for variety. Example— today I did the kickboxing only with abs mixed in wearing my weighted gloves. A nice add on for my cardio day.

    Before I owned gliding discs, I always substituted basically the same move. I never realized how different muscles are worked using the discs. I love them now for a change.

    Lite/Strong & Sweaty rotation

    I just started this one on Monday. I’m substituting PHA 2 for PHA 1 and also using the Lite pyramid pump premixes for the S&S upper body since I don’t have those two DVDs. I think this will be a great rotation!

    Metabolic Blast+6 Pack Abs 2+Extended Stretch

    Did this one again today. Still loving it! I can increase my weights for most of the exercises except a few. I agree those rear delts are a killer. Plus the calorie crush is no joke. Packs quite a punch in a short period of time!!!

    Pyramid Pump upper body only premix

    Lite Pyramid Up Premix for upper body. I’m definitely intermediate for upper body and felt a nice challenge using the same weights. Love the premixes so I don’t have to do as many repetitions. Another perfect one to add to my weight workouts .

    Rev'd Up Rumble
