    I used to be a Flight Attendant for USAirways. I wish I had gotten the chance to fly with Sully. Wow! What a great professional man. He is always so poised in the interviews. He did an awesome job ditching that airplane. Tears come to my eyes everytime I hear the story.

    I did this workout on Friday and I'm still sore. Mostly my glutes and hamstrings. Oh and that wall squat with the weights I couldn't pick up the weights. It was funny! LOL!

    Wow! I did Disc 1 legs yesterday and today I am feeling it. I couldn't do those one legged things. Also I couldn't bend down, pick up my dumbbells and keep the ball on the wall at the same time. LOL! I like all the different exercises. Not the same ole squats with barbell.

    Sorry I just saw your message. I've been mostly printing my one rep max charts and messing with those. Yes arms were shaking after all those push ups. I couldn't complete any sets maybe the 8 rep ones. LOL! Today I did legs. Wow! That was really a different workout. I'll feel it tomorrow.

    Paper plates.

    I used the Moving Men plastic discs today and they worked great. I got those from Amazon.com. I have to use a piece of carpet in my workout room because the floor in my workout room is all rubber flooring. The moving men nor the paper plates worked on the rubber floor.
