    I recently completed STS with good results. I was thinking of doing a hybrid with STS and High reps. I am planning to alternate 1 week of STS and then a week of high reps/butts and guts as I progress through the STS calendar Any thoughts?

    Rest between workouts

    I will be traveling this week and need to adjust my workout schedule. I did disc 19 (chest shoulders and triceps) last night. I was thinking of doing disc 20(Legs) tonight.     Anyone go lighter with STS weights?

    I am a 55 y.o guy doing sts for the first time. Personally I am finding that the weights calculated by the 1RM are in many instances too high or maybe the progression of the program is too fast. I like my physical therapist but really do not want to see him again any time soon
