    I believe it’s RWH Low Impact 2. I think the Fit Split is cardio only because it STS 2 with low impact cardio, and you’d be lifting weights using same body parts two days in a row.     STS 2.0 packaging is so Beautiful!!!

    The case is beautiful, but I find it hard to remove and insert the videos from their sleeve. I have to be careful not to scratch them on the zip as I pull one out.

    I read the first phase is Giant Sets, Supersets, and Trisets, and they are in order of use in the case. Add your own cardio until the guide is released.

    As far as I know, start with Giant Sets, then Supersets, then Trisets in the first week and phase, which lasts four weeks. In-between use the cardio of your choice. I read there is a low impact routine, and a high impact routine, as well as mixed with X-Train and RWH.
