    Kick, Punch and Crunch

    Get it! I love Kick Punch & Crunch too! I had the full workout (download option) but ended up getting the DVD recently for the premixes and I'm glad I did. I did the Cardio Conditioning one this afternoon and it was awesome!! Can't wait to try the other premixes.

    Any Cathe beginners?

    I'm following Cathe's beginner rotation (have done her workouts before - 4 Day Split) but after a few months off, lousy cardio endurance and regained weight, it seems best to start at the beginning this time. Any other beginners out there who want to check in regularly for motivation?

    2-3 a week In the guidebook it mentions that there are 7 ab routines and for best results to do 2 or 3 different workouts per week. And that you can add them after STS or do on their own.

    A complete Low Impact series please please please

    me too! I would love to see a 'low impact high intensity' series too. Love Cathe and the workouts but low impact is much friendlier on the joints. Low impact step and kickbox workouts would be great!
