    more total body all weights DVD's...

    I just did Muscle Max last night and was thinking exactly the same thing afterwards. That is, I wish I had more workouts similar to this one. I also love SS/PP, Power Hour and Muscle Endurence. I would love more totatl body workouts by Cathe. She makes the absolute best workouts:D Helen

    TRAVEL WORKOUT

    I would absolutely love a travel workout. Perhaps something that is broken down into smaller segments, eg. 20minutes upper body, 20 minutes lower body, 20 minutes aerobics, 10 minute stretch. Usually when I'm traveling I find I don't have a lot of time to workout. But I ALWAYS miss my "Cathe"...
