    Morning Ladies - This morning I did WSFL cardio. I did 7 rounds of 60/60 ..got my HR up to 162 (still not stellar) and then for the 20 minute segment, I did Strike Zone and actually struggled with it a bit. My HR stayed around 70-75%. Cardio was 53" and I burned 463 with cooldown stretch...
