Good Morning!

I thought that someone would have started the thread by now:eek: Prehaps you are all hungover or tired from yesterdays festivites! LOL

I was planning a run again today but its warm out and it will probably be warmer by the time I get to go. So, now I am thinking about doing a step workout in the basement and legs. We will see what happens.

Have to take DS to a b-day party now and then I think we are gonna go get some flowers for the front of the house.

Morning Ladies -

Today's my recovery day. I opted for 45 minutes of cardio with my HR in the 50-60% max range. I did Gin Miller's Salsa Walk and Zak Lee's Kickbox. Didn't really even feel like cardio at that percentage. Cardio was 53" and I burned 307 calories. I must be tired, as I slept in until 5:00 am!! Yikes.

I also attempted to do Rainbeau Mars Pure Sweat, but I ended up resting thru most of it! LOL.

Have a great workout or rest day. We're going to the dollar theatre today.

I feel guilty from all of the garbage I ingested yesterday! brownies, cheese potatoes, etc.
 
Good morning all !

Lori & Lora: I think I'm just about where both of you are. Want to try a 6 miler but think I'll see if resting my legs after the NROLW workout yesterday would be better done tomorrow. When I do the workout which has 3 leg exercises and then HIIT my legs are pretty much done for the day. Then I worked in the garden during the afternoon.

I am thinking about a step routine or some form of cardio and then the run tomorrow. But it will be in the 100's so will need to get out early !

Lori - have fun with DS and the BDay party. I love watching little ones at parties !:D Hope it doesn't get too hot. Have fun with flowers for your house too ! Gardening is a solace for me.

Lora - happy to hear you did a rest day workout and slept in too. I feel like Alwyn pushes us hard and he talks abaout rest weeks and I think I under why. Have you decided on what you're doing next? We stayed home so didn't indulge in loads of food, but did buy a bottle of Pinot Grigio.:9 And DH was smoking the ribs so had to try some hot dogs which was mentioned by a fellow BBQ'r at a local competition recently. So I did find some 95% fat free Nathan's hot dogs and it was good smoked. That was my indulgence ! Back to normal today.

Hey to all who follow. BBL to report my workout when I get to it. Trying to get some "spring" cleaning done for company the end of the month.
 
Hey girls!

LOL Lori...not hungover at all. In fact, not one sip while at the party yesterday!

And because of that, I did my Afterburn weights this morning to complete my week, then I spent the rest of the day cleaning my house and my workout space. It was getting pretty darn dusty and disorderly in there. Not to mention, I had a laundry pile up to my ears, so I've been working my way through that, too.

Lora, have fun at the dollar theater. I like the sound of that!! What are you seeing?

Jacque, What did you decide for the workout? Yikes, 100 degree temps? Wouldn't catch me running in that!! Unless I was in an air conditioned space with a fan blowing right on me. Be careful, and drink your water. ;) Sounds like you and I were on the same wavelength today re: cleaning.
