    Step Boss Plank Stacking

I like to try new things, and so looking forward to something different. If they are too hard for me, I will go to my knees and try it that way.

Jai Enjoying the Choreography During the Filming of STEP BOSS - STEP SYNC

I always think of her clapping delightedly at the end of Party Rockin Step #1, because it is just so darn fun. And also, I love watching the pony tails of both Jai and Amanda in Low Impact Step Challenge.

IMAX 4 Group Shot and Outfits

Fabulous! And also (as a woman who is almost 5' 7"), I appreciate seeing some taller ladies in the mix. I am so excited to receive this series!

    About STEP SYNC

I consider myself an advanced stepper, but will be interested to see the 21-minute bonus segment. I think that is a great idea! The very first Cathe cardio workout I purchased was Cardio Fusion, which includes the bonus segment from Body Max 2, that has all the combos with no breakdown, and...

STEP BOSS – IMAX 4 Low Impact

I was thinking the same thing! I don't have IMAX 3 (too intimidated by the reviews I've read), I really enjoy IMAX 2.

First Pic From the STEP BOSS - STEP SYNC Workout

I am so excited! I love step and so glad to have new choreography to master. I know it frustrates some folks, but for me, it keeps my brain completely engaged and the time flies by. I mean, I see the value of drills and power moves like we have in boot camp and interval workouts, but I just love...

    Anyone order just downloads?

I am sorry to say that I haven't adapted to the download thing. I love the convenience of popping in a dvd, and see no reason to change as long as they will still sell them.

    new Step Boss

Actually, I was on the verge of considering, for the first time in years, of not ordering the new Cathe workouts because I have so many now that I can hardly get through the available rotations in a year. Then she said "Step Boss!" Now I cannot wait! I am especially intrigued by the idea of a...

    LITE series another winner

I agree completely! I am going to think of LITE as being a nice way to keep your fitness but give your body a bit of a break between higher-impact periods. After I finish this 30-day LITE rotation, I am going to do the Strong & Ripped combination rotation. I love the variety!

    My one "complaint"

I just did Rev'd Up Rumble for the second time, and it was even better than the first time! I never saw myself being a kickboxing/cardio boxing fan, but these workouts really work your shoulders, arms, and core in addition to the cardio factor. Really a fun and effective workout! And the music...

    DVD home screen loading options?

That makes perfect sense, and I really concur with your choice. Also, I just noticed this morning that the case lists all the equipment needed, so I was already regretting that I posted this observation. I really, really love the workouts and find the music very happy and uplifting. Thanks...

    Rev'd Up Rumble

I did this one this morning also (including the calorie crush) and really enjoyed it. I had my 1-lb lifting gloves (not boxing gloves), so increased the intensity a bit, but I really loved the combinations. The music was fun, the workout moved along, and I loved the balance of kicking to punching.

    DVD home screen loading options?

So far, I have done 4 of the workouts (Cardio Party, Stacked Upper Body, Stacked Lower Body, Rev'd Up Rumble) and they have been wonderful, and I am so grateful to Cathe and crew once again. Also, I am happy to see the introduction back, because it is fun to have Cathe talking to us again. :-)...

    Wow! Awesome Series!

I concur. I have only done 4 workouts so far, but really love them! I haven't done the bonus abs 2 yet, but I love bonus abs 1!

    Thanks Cathe!

I really agree...not so much on the arms, but on the legs. I kept thinking during Stacked Lower Body that I was not lifting heavy enough...but then the next day I was so sore!
  19. carrie_moley@yahoo.com

    Series for beginners.

I really agree on the "gasping for air" aspect of this review in terms of Stacked Lower Body. I kept thinking, "I should be able to go way heavier than this" except that I didn't have the oxygen! :-) So that led me to believe it was more of a cardio/metabolic workout than a leg workout, until I...

    Quick note on DVD cases

Yes, I concur. I am still worried that my Fit Split DVDs will eventually become damaged due to the overlapping DVD arrangement. These are so much better!
