    I would say workout in the basement, but I know in Florida there aren't any.:D Glad you figured it out. I like my workout space cooler. My energy is better and my workout is more effective. When it's hot I do shorter workouts and walk.

    I did Day 11 of Ignite. Upper Body with Finisher. 5 moves. 30/15, 4 rounds. Also a 3 round Finisher using tubing and light weights. Great upper body work and everything was worked. My arms are fatigued. Now taking the dog for a walk. Can't wait to hit the pillow.
