    Worn out! (whiney)

    Boy do I know that worn out feeling. Definitely take a rest week - no weights; plenty of stretching; yoga, easy stuff, whatever feels good & you will definitely come back ready to hit GS.

    I did it the same way. My body can't take the up and down - I get dizzy! I'll have to try it this way. Not a fan of the up & down & do get dizzy sometimes.

    Is anyone doing the Jan/Feb/March STS/Shock Cardio rotation?

    Yes, I'm doing the 3 1/2 mo rotation. As for the 40/20, I modified when needed & did as much as I could. Don't know if I'll ever get thru it but I figure I'll keep trying & do my best.
