Annette Bethel I like Mary Kay but lately I have switching it up. I love my George Foreman grill. Can't live w/o it! Even my kids enjoy using it. At least I know they will not starve when they get out on their own :D.

Annette Bethel I haven't done the cardio portion of 4DS because of my bunion surgery, but I have done the weighted mixes. They are awesome. I can't wait to try the cardio. With that being said, in due time, cardio will click for ya!
