I have to add that I previewed the free workout that comes with the Turbo Jams, it is Yoga Booty Ballet: Live Cardio Cabaret Burlesque style. I remember reading somewhere that this workout was a joke, and was not worth keeping...I think the person said she threw it in the trash after watching it...
